1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping times vary on type of drop or collection release, all shipping times are included in product description.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service at (dvnhours@gmail.com) Include your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Chargeback Fees: If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, and it is resolved in our favor, a fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
